Landscape Design Services

 

ONE LEAF OPPORTUNITY:  Hourly Consultation: $100.00 Hr.

Need some help with your landscape but don’t want to buy a full package? During this consultation visit we will meet with you at the landscape site and discuss possibilities for your landscape. Rough sketches will be drawn out with optional design ideas. Planting material will be suggested. If after the visit you feel that you would like a detailed design, we will deduct the cost and choose one of the following options.

TWO LEAF OPPORTUNITY: $400.00 Design Fee

In this option we meet with you at the site to go over site analysis.  In this visit we will discuss ideas and possibilities for your landscape. We will go over observations of sun, shade, noise/ visual issues, privacy issues, plant material retained, removed or relocated. Onsite measurements are then made and a base map created from those measurements. Four Leaf Designs will then create one design option and present it for review. An uncolored master plan will then be created via computer and a planting list compiled. This will then be presented to you at the final meeting.

THREE LEAF OPPORTUNITY: $800.00  Design Fee (approx. 15 hrs)

In this option we meet with you at the site to go over site analysis.  In this visit we will discuss ideas and possibilities for your landscape. We will go over observations of sun, shade, noise/ visual issues, privacy issues, plant material retained, removed or relocated. Onsite measurements are then made and a base map created from those measurements. Four Leaf Designs will then create two different design options and present them for review. After alterations are made, a colored master plan will be drawn up. A plant material list will also be included in the design package.

FOUR LEAF OPPORTUNITY: $1000.00 Design Fee (approx. 20 hrs.)

In this option we meet with you at the site to go over site analysis. In this visit we will discuss ideas and possibilities for your landscape. We will go over observations of sun, shade, noise/ visual issues, privacy issues, plant material retained, removed or relocated. Onsite measurements are then made and a base map created from those measurements. Four Leaf Designs will then create two different design options and present them for review. After alterations are made, a colored master plan will be drawn up. A plant material list with full colored pictures will also be included in the design package as well as the maintenance
requirements for those plants. A detailed, hand drawn, colored perspective drawing will be incorporated in this package as well. Plans will be presented in an official bound packet, which will be presented at the final meeting.
